Randall H. Peddicord (Retired)
Randall H. Peddicord is a graduate of Ashland University where he received
his B.A. in Business Administration in 1975. Randy received his law degree
from the University of Dayton in 1981 after starting and managing two
businesses.
Randy served as Assistant Coshocton County Prosecuting Attorney. Randy is
also a licensed title insurance agent and a member of the Ohio State Bar
Association. He served as Solicitor of the Village of Warsaw for many years.
Randy is a past President of the Coshocton Foundation, co-founder of the
River View Schools Foundation, Newpointe Community Church – Coshocton, was an adjunct professor at Ashland University’s MBA program and is a board member of the non-profit organization the Matthew 7:12 Project.
His areas of practice included business law, estate planning, asset protection,
estate and trust administration, elder law and real estate. Prior to joining the firm Randy was a partner in the law firm of Leech, Scherbel and Peddicord Ltd. Randy retired from the firm in 2022.
Randy is married to Joni Lee Guthrie Peddicord, a retired teacher of 32 uears in the River View School Distric and has two adult children, Lindsey and Kelsey, and seven grandchildren.
