Randall H. Peddicord

Randall H. Peddicord is a graduate of Ashland University where he received his B.A. in Business Administration in 1975. Randy received his law degree from the University of Dayton in 1981 after starting and managing two businesses.

Randy served as Assistant Coshocton County Prosecuting Attorney. Randy is also a licensed title insurance agent and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He served as Solicitor of the Village of Warsaw for many years. Randy is a past President of the Coshocton Foundation, co-founder of the River View Schools Foundation, Newpointe Community Church – Coshocton and was an adjunct professor at Ashland University’s MBA program. His areas of practice include business law, estate planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration, elder law and real estate. Randy retired from the firm in 2024.

Randy is married to Joni Peddicord and has two children, Lindsey and Kelsey
